Infrastructure

R.K.S.D. College of Education has excellent infrastructure including spacious classrooms, modern labs and with the well stocked library which provides a solid foundation for excellence in Teacher Education.
Class Room (The Focused Learning Space)
	The College has spacious and modernized classrooms, syndicate rooms, reading and discussion facilities which create a professional atmosphere for teaching-learning process. These are fully equiped with all teaching aids like LCD, Multimedia Projector, OHP etc. for making the teaching learning process easy, interesting and effective.

Library
R.K.S.D. College of Education has a well established library which caters to the need of the students, research scholars and the faculty. The library functions on an open access system for the faculty members and the research scholars. It has a collection of resource material, Journals, Reference, Encyclopideas etc. This collection is expanded and updated each year. There is a computer based catalogue system that provides information on the availability of books, journals and other material.

Multi Purpose Hall
Multi Purpose Hall of the college acts as a common ground for students, faculty and renowned educationist for regular interfaces, conferences, seminars and other events. This is the venue where daily morning assesmblies are being held. For cultural events & seminars this Hall can be equipped with advanced presentation & communication tools like Public Addressing System and LCD Projector etc.

ICT Resource Centre)
	Our campus has an advanced ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Resource Centre that provides computing facilities comprising of the latest HP/IBM machines linked with a wide range of software, comminication and print services. The software setup has latest versions of Windows with Internet connectivity. ICT Resource Centre enhances the potentials of would be teachers. The centre has Over Head
Projector, LCD, Slide Projector, Computer, T.V., Dish TV, Tape Recorder, Radio and Audio-Visual Aids like charts, Models, maps, globes,pictures, slides, transparencies etc. for effective teacher training.

Science & Mathematics Resource Centre
Our Science & Mathemtics Resource Centre is well equipped with all facilities essential for training in methodology of science & mathematics teaching. It's a resource place of Life Science , Physical Science & Mathematics teaching aids material. Through this centre demonstration and improvisation skills are being inculcated in the students.

Language Lab
	A well equipped and well furnished digital langauage laboratory is established in the college for the development of various linguistic skills i.e. listening, speaking, reading and writing. t is well equipped with electronic devices like Tape Recorder, CD/DVD Player, Linguaphone, language learning cassettes and charts etc.

Psychology Resource Centre
Psychology is the science of behaviour. It is fundamental for the teachers to study and practice the tools of psychology for the betterment of teaching-learning process. In the Psychology Resource Centre, we have various psychological tests for assessing creativity, personality, intelligence, interest, aptitude and attitude of the students. All these scales, inventories and tests enable the would be teachers to know about the inherent potentials and skills of their students.

Art & Craft Resource Centre
	The Centre has been established on the lines of learning by doing philosphy in Teacher Education. This centre is equipped with moulds of chalk making, candle making and essential material of interior decoration, paper cutting & card board modeling, pot decoration, preparing best out of wate etc.

Health & Physical Resource Centre
In order to built a healthy mind in a healthy body, the college has established a modern and well equipped Health and Physical Resource Centre. This centre take care of the physical and sports activities.
